Good but stopped working after just under a year I’ve loved my Fitbit HR but it’s just under a year to the day since I bought it and it’s now daily losing charge and failing to synch – I can’t see a returns option or even a contact seller so it seems I am unable to find out if it’s still under guarantee and if I am eligible for a replacement.I would give it 5 stars if it was still fully functionalMy other issue is why dont they come with watch batteries? I’m sure charging them all the time causes many of the issues I am experiencing and as they are the same price as an average watch, & now look like watches, I’m sure they could run off a similar battery and prolong the life span.

A great little product… however Firstly, I’d like to state that I have only had this item for less than 24 hours. I was made aware that the battery life of the Charge HR should last at least 2 weeks on a full charge yet after 18 hours of use, battery life has depleated by up to 50%. That isn’t particularly ideal for me as I bought the product for every day use to track my activity such as steps taken, calories burnt and heart rate. I did not buy it to put it on charge for an hour a day so that I’m able to ensure it’s battery doesn’t die on me at some point during my most active hours. However, it does what it has been designed to do- though I haven’t been able to get Caller ID to work, that isn’t a feature that is important to me. It’s certainly motivating me to get out and exercise so that I can surpass my daily goals. The Fitbit system is easy to navigate and has a lot to offer.I would recommend this product to a friend though, simply based on the services it provides.
