Anthony Weeks says:

death of bach It just goes to show how despite the amazing surround sound, if you play the best music like a computer would play it, then it comes out dreadfully bland and boring. Come bach Bach– all is forgiven!!

John Armitt says:

Not quite what expected !! I received this BluRay disk with some expectation of a BluRay experience. When it eventually arrived (after someweeks of waiting) the disc was put into BluRay player and low and behold – there is no video track – not even a menu and the music sounds as if it is all played on a synthesiser. All well and good “Uncommon Bach”. I expected the music to be played by “modern instruments” ie not contemporary to Bach’s time but not on what sounds to be a bog standard electric organ.
